What do our clients say about THRIVE?

THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. COOPER and KRISTIN for helping my German Shepherd!!! Your Veterinarian Clinic is 1st Class, 5 Stars!! I was skeptical at first with my wife calling in for pricing, and with the low fees quoted over the phone. I thought we were going to arrive at some low budget, cheap operations, but NOPE!!! I was extremely impressed and glad we found this great place! The inside is spacious, so dogs and people aren't on top of each other which can stress a dog into a irrational behavior, so I appreciate that, it's very clean, fast prompt service, well educated staff like Kristin, the Doctor's assistant who knew my breed, her genuineness and very informative, plus my GS loved her, then Dr. Cooper was so informative also, she gave thorough answers, solutions, and cost saving suggestions. My German Shepherd and I left with peace of mind, and she is well on her way to having her ear healed and happier because of the great Dr. Cooper, Kristen, and great staff at THRIVE Affordable Vet Care in RR,TX!! Thank you, and may God Almighty continue to bless your efforts in helping people and their companions at reasonable prices!!! :) *Our German Shepherds and GS Pups🐶 ~LIONHEART 🦁❤

Staff was beyond awesome with my puppy’s first vet visit. They are honest and don’t try to pressure you into treatment. They give you all the facts to help you make an informed decision in treatment for your puppy 🐶

This is my primary vet. Although you have to schedule an appointment about two weeks in advance, it’s worth it. It’s very affordable and the staff is great! The clinic is very clean and inviting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these the only packages?

No. We offer a wide range of treatment packages for a variety of symptoms and diseases. However, each treatment solution is customized for your cat’s individual needs. To learn more about our other treatments or to get a specific quote from us, just contact a location near you. See the Our Approach page for common reasons to bring in your cat.

What if I only want a checkup?

THRIVE offers a complete nose-to-tail exam for just $15. Our comprehensive exam fee represents a great value that we are proud to offer.

Why are multiple booster vaccines necessary for my kitten?

Young kittens (8 weeks) generally have maternal antibodies that block their immune system from responding to vaccines. These antibodies protect these young kittens from bacterial and viral disease. As kittens reach 8 weeks of age their maternal antibody levels decline leaving them at risk for developing illness.

THRIVE veterinarians administer vaccines every three to four weeks from 8 weeks of age to 14-16 weeks of age. This increases the chance, that as maternal protections wane, your cat's immune system will be activated and leave them less likely to contract serious diseases we vaccinate against.

Get your cat the quality care that they need at a price you can afford.

THRIVE isn’t just our name, it’s our goal for kittens, cats and cat owners.
