Dr. Atwood and the staff are wonderful and so caring with our pets. We have an older dog who recently started limping, and it turns out she has arthritis. They were very up front about the costs of treatment and offered many practical tips for how to help our poor pup with the pain. Dr. Atwood also went above and beyond to check on her a couple days after the visit and to ensure the prescription was filled in the most cost effective way possible. I was VERY impressed with their attention to this issue and will definitely continue to bring my pets to them for care!
Older rescue needed extensive dental care. I’m very grateful to the techs and vet for their professionalism and care. Kind, upfront communication! I really appreciated their follow up after my pup’s procedure. Very organized check-in, follow ups, communication, etc. I would recommend this vet clinic to a friend.
I've been impressed with this location since I started taking my pets here 2.5 years ago. It's always clean and the people are always friendly to both me, my cat, and my dog (even when my cat is being a problem). What I really love is that they explain everything to me very thoroughly whether it be diagnosis, home care, procedure options, etc. If there's an option to have me treat my pets from home rather than having them do it, they'll tell me. And if I have any questions, they're very patient and give me all the info I need. I had to take my corgi in this morning because something was wrong with her ears. They quickly identified that it was an ear infection and explained my options to me. Now my dog has been given medicine and is on the road to recovery. They were so nice to her throughout the visit and made me feel comfortable while I waited in the room for her ears to get treated. If you're in the area, Penny and I highly recommend choosing this location as your family vet.
