My name is Peter Stern and today, I had the good fortune to bring my big dog Gulliver in for a check up, a booster shot and a nail trim. Though he decided to bark at a fellow patient, I was impressed by how calmly and easily the lady at the front desk handled him and guided us to a room so Gully could calm down. Didn't catch her name but she really was wonderfully reassuring for my 95 lb baby. Dr. Jordan and her assistant Andrea tended to my boy with a soothing hand and no stress at all. I really like Dr. Jordan's frankness and great bedside manner with my wound up pooch and Andrea was super sweet and made the whole trip a breeze. I could not be happier with Thrive and recommend them wholeheartedly. The practice is very clean and professionally run by animal lovers. Everyone seemed happy to me and glad that we were there. You can't ask for anything more from a vet office. My son brings his dog Remy in checkups and feels the same way as I do. Thanks for taking good care of my family's babies. Definitely 5 Big stars for the whole staff.
I wish I knew about this place earlier. The team took great care for our cats and we have dental cleaning booked for them in July. Dr. Jordan is a fear free certified vet which is a huge plus for my fearful cats. We plan to bring our dog here as well. It is much more affordable than any other vets I have been to and our cats received better care! Edit on 7/3/2019: Although my visit was excellent and I plan to continue going to Thrive, one thing that could improve is following-up after the visit. I am trying to get a prescription from Dr. Jordan as we discussed during my visit and there is no way to contact her. I never got a response when I emailed her. When I call the number on the website, it simply routes me to a Thrive call center and I cannot speak to the tech or the vet directly... My prescription order got cancelled because the company could not get the prescription from Dr. Jordan. I hope Thrive will revise this operating system soon. Another edit on 7/3/2019: Sheri, the office manager and Dr. Jordan followed up with me this morning after I wrote the review. They provided their direct fax and email address so that I could reach them going forward. Simply amazing!
I am so grateful for the compassion shown to me and my 14 year old companion Molly. I am positive that Dr Jordan did everything that she possibly could do to make my Molly well, but Molly was just too sick and too old to recover. Dr Jordan was very helpful in explaining every option available to us. My decision to euthanize was made easier by the fact that I knew that they cared very much about her. I will never forget the kindness and compassion shown to us that day by Dr Jordan and the staff.
