We have been bringing our Australian Shepherd to Thrive for about a year now, and have always had great service. This week, we brought our dog here twice because she wasn't feeling well. Dr. Waltz was very informative and helpful, and we could tell she didn't want to push any unnecessary tests on us. We got great care, and even though I still have no idea what was wrong with my dog, I'm glad they did everything they could to figure it out, and my pup seems to be back to her normal self today. We really love the fast service of this place, and even though my dog isn't the biggest fan, we know she's in good hands.
I brought my Bo to Thrive today for a broken toe nail. Literally was there for Less than 2 hrs. as soon as we got there we got checked in quick and was directed to a room. The nurse was really kind & gentle with him since he has bad anxiety. Dr.Waltz was his doctor & she was super nice/informative. They answered all my questions I had. Pricing was great compared to other places. I will most deff be making this his new vet & will be also bringing my cat there as well. I will be recommending them to all my pet friends. The whole experience was all around amazing. Thanks to all the amazing staff and Dr.Waltz for making my baby feel better.
When I first brought my cat Finn to THRIVE Cary I was a little nervous - I just assumed that since it was associated with Petco that I would be getting mediocre service. I was SO wrong! First of all, their hours are very accommodating for people who work into the evening.Secondly, the doctors and nurses at THRIVE are very personable and kind. When Finn passed away they were so considerate, they helped me press his paw into a clay mold and a few weeks later sent me a sweet card with his ink paw print as well. Being that Christmas is coming up, Doctor Waltz also made Finn his own ornament that they hung in the office and allowed me to bring home. I also brought a rescued foster dog, Loki, into THRIVE to get him vaccinations. I asked for printed paperwork to pass along to his next forever home and they were more than happy to oblige. After all of my visits, a THRIVE employee (not a robot!) sends me texts to follow up and see if there are any questions or concerns, which I absolutely LOVE! The one and only complaint I have about THRIVE is the monthly membership fee per animal, but it makes sense to do it that way. Thank you THRIVE Cary! You made having my first pet, and rescuing a dog easy!
