I just got home from my dog’s first appt at Thrive and I am so grateful for a place like this! Receiving quality vet care should not be difficult to find at an affordable price, and this place checks all the boxes. I felt that the staff and doctor were friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of Duke. I was able to get an appt rather quickly and all the prices were explained to me prior to bringing him in. Only thing to note is that your first wellness exam fee is supposed to be free if you’re a new patient but no one mentioned that. After bringing it up she did remove it from my bill. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to in this situation. I brought my cat Cody in a couple days ago and I love this vet! It was a little funky because of COVID-19 and I was not allowed to come in (understandably), but I knew he was in really good hands. The first time you bring your pet in, the exam is free so don’t forget to mention that! They did so much for him and it was way less expensive than I thought it would be (by hundreds of dollars honestly). I am so grateful and will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

My 14 year old girl, Belle needed a check up, dental consult and ortho consult for her back legs. Thrive was significantly more affordable (as far as I could tell from reviews) and the new location was very convenient. Due to Covid, they have strict protocol for the hand off and bill pay was over my phone. I liked the frequent emails/texts regarding the visit. I liked the vet tech / office asst. discussing all costs up front because honestly I can't always afford everything that might be recommended- so I really appreciate not being surprised later. It was very efficient, the vet talked to me in detail about all observations, recommendations, blood work etc (while I was in car out front). Very compassionate and professional . Common sense plan of action. Belle came out wagging her tail. I can see that this process may seem awkward and distant for some folks. Also, being a new vet / new location you can't expect to have a deep, vet/pet relationship with anyone yet. I also really appreciated that no one tried to push any additional services/charges or plans on me. That always makes me uncomfortable.
