I loved this ❤place from front desk to the groomers to the wonderful doc Vacquez Hines that provided care for my 🐕dog. Thank you for loving your work. It shows
Visit was friendly, safe (social distancing) and fast. Only gripe I had was the prescription that I requested for my dog was given incorrectly so I had to call them back before I left to have the right prescription corrected. Other than that they were great and my dog is happy and healthy 🐕
My dog Kato had a mass under his eyelid that was blocking part of his vision and had another on his paw. I decided to search for affordable surgery and came across Thrive. The surgery cost was on the low end and I was able to book his surgery for 2 weeks later. He did great during the surgery and they did a great job his eye and paw look so much better now. When I brought him home later that day he was still a bit out of it and trying how to move with the cone. While I was asleep that night he somehow got to the stitches on his paw and got a few out. I called them and the receptionist said they were fully booked. After talking to them awhile they talked to the Dr. and had me email a picture as soon as they saw it was wide open they had me come right in and they stapled it closed. He did better with the staples and he finally got them out luckily it was only a couple days before he was due to get them removed and it was healed. The Dr and staff were great. You do have to push the receptionist to talk to the doctor if it’s an emergency.
