I like the vet at this practice and the affordable costs. This is why I am rating this practice a four star. However I do notice the techs ask redundant questions and focus on areas that I have already answered on the check in questionnaire. There has to be a communication breakdown somewhere. Also the front desk person this time wasn’t friendly or organized. She also tore into me when I arrived to pick up my dogs and said she was waiting forever for me and asked if I was in the parking lot for a while before picking them up. I told her I paid my bill online, left my house (about ten minutes away), let her know I was on my way and didn’t hesitate in the parking lot or purposely try to make her wait. It was a very bizarre interaction, and I think she is quite rude.

These professionals are problem solvers! After poor medical follow-up to knee surgery, I brought my 65 lb. Chocolate Labrador Retriever to Thrive. Her incision was resistant to healing and we tried various antibiotics to treat a serious staff infection. Finally, after 5 months of pain, collars and restricting her motion, I am happy to report a significant healing process is happening for " Millie ". Thank you all at Thrive on Havana! Deb Taylor
